RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Refunds are processed after reverse pickup:
  • Prepaid: Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD: We will send a payout link fill your preferred payout details once you submit, the refund will be processed.
  1. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 per pair is applicable for returns/exchanges
  2. Only one exchange is allowed per order. Reverse pickup is attempted twice; if unsuccessful, the customer must ship it to us.
  3. For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours at Support@jmlooks.com with an unboxing video.
  4. Order cancellation is only possible before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
