Exchange policy
Exchange Criteria:
You can exchange any product within 7 days of delivery
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it. If the product is not in a resalable condition, we will ship the damaged product back to you.
You are eligible for only one exchange per purchase. You can exchange the product for a different size or request another product of the same cost.
Additional Charges:
If you received the correct size, color, and pair that you ordered but still want to exchange them, a charge of ₹100 for the reverse shipment will apply. If the item is not the same as what you ordered or is defective, we will cover the reverse shipping charges. contact us within 48 hours at jmlooks2023@gmail.com with pictures for confirmation.
Store Credits:
After initiating an exchange, remaining refundable amount (If available) will be provided as store credit within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup.

Defective Products:
If you receive a product with a production error, contact us within 48 hours at jmlooks2023@gmail.com with pictures for confirmation. If it's confirmed as a manufacturing defect or a wrong order, we will replace the product or offer an alternative of the same value. Defects from accidents or physical damage are not covered and are ineligible for exchange or refund.

We'll pick up your pair within 2 to 3 days. Once confirmed eligible for exchange, your new pair will be dispatched and delivered within 4 to 5 days. The entire exchange process usually takes around 10 days, Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to the company's address.
